Sebastian knows the power of breaking barriers. A board member of Penn First—a student-run organization for first-generation undergraduates from lower-income backgrounds—the El Paso native works to inspire his fellow Quakers to aim higher than they ever imagined. Sebastian’s academic interests—physics research and urban education—provide him with several options to explore upon graduation.
