The Wharton Club of Brazil Undergraduate Endowed Scholarship was established in 2020 by dedicated alumni of the Wharton Club of Brazil to promote pathways to Penn and Wharton for talented students from Brazil regardless of their financial circumstances.
Penn boasts one of the most generous financial aid programs in higher education. Once admitted, Penn meets 100% of financial need for all undergraduates through a combination of grants, scholarships, and a job on campus. Penn is committed to growing scholarships for international students, and over the past decade, international financial aid has increased nearly 100 percent. For students applying from North America, Penn does not consider the ability to finance one’s education. Yet, Penn is not where we aspire to be for applicants from outside of the United States, Mexico and Canada: need-blind in admissions for all international applicants. The University, alongside many dedicated alumni, are working to achieve this important goal. Scholarships such as ours bring us closer to making need-blind admissions a reality for all applicants to Penn. The Wharton Club of Brazil Undergraduate Endowed Scholarship will open doors to a life-changing Wharton undergraduate educational experience for generations of Brasileiros.
Our goal is to raise the value of our fund to $1 million so that it can support the full annual need of a typical undergraduate student from Brazil.

- A $2,500 gift in 5 installments of $500
- A $5,000 gift in 5 installments of $1,000
- A $10,000 gift in 5 installments of $2,000
